I am a Florida native born in Miami Florida; I relocated my family to Jacksonville Florida in 1995. I was introduced to real estate before moving here by my father, who bought homes and either fixed them up for sale or held them for rentals. It was that experience which drove me to getting my Salespersons license in 1999, and I attained my Real estate Brokers license in 2000. Shortly after getting my Brokers license I found I needed a regular income due to my life circumstances; this began my journey through many different real estate fields. I then went to work for the City of Jacksonville acquiring real estate under the direction of the Mayor's office, then one of the appraisers we used asked that I come work for his firm and at that point I got my Appraisal Trainee license and spent several years doing commercial appraisals. When the economy was in the downturn, the appraisal work slowed and I felt that I needed to move on. I then worked for Wells Fargo managing and stabilizing for sale the commercial assets that had been foreclosed. When the economy started improving and foreclosures slowed down, the Asset Management department was downsized. I moved on to an Appraisal Management firm as an Appraisal Review Specialist, and spent my time reviewing residential appraisals for our lender clients. When this satellite appraisal management firm decided to close the Jacksonville office, I went to work for Winn Dixie (Bi-Lo Holdings now Southeastern Grocers) in their corporate Real Estate division handling the management of expenses for the Florida stores. I also spent a short amount of time as an Assistant Property Manager for Class A office buildings here in Jacksonville. I decided I wanted to go back into real estate sales because I missed assisting sellers and buyers with one of the most important sale or investment decisions of their lives. I want to use my knowledge and skills to help my customer's real estate transactions move to consummation as seamlessly as possible. As you can see I have many years of real estate experience, particularly when it comes to valuation. Through well thought out Comparative Market Analysis, I can provide valuation information that will serve both my sellers and buyers well. When I am not working, I enjoy playing with my dog Harley who loves to chase the ball; I also enjoy listening to live music and have been blessed to come to know many of the local musicians in Jacksonville. I also have two adult daughters and one almost adult son that keep me on my toes; I couldn't imagine life without them. So if you or any of you friends or business partners need a well-rounded and educated real estate professional, you need look no further. Thanks for visiting my site!
